Nexappbyte ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ItemCareLog mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

ItemCareLog is designed to store and manage your item and maintenance information locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your item or maintenance records on any Nexappbyte server.

Specifically:

• The App does not require you to create an account or log in.
• The App does not collect your name, email address, location, or other personal information.
• The App does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• Item and maintenance records entered into the App are stored locally on your device.

2. Item and Maintenance Information

Any information you enter into ItemCareLog, such as item names, brands, models, warranty information, maintenance dates, maintenance descriptions, costs, scheduled maintenance dates, and notes, is processed and stored entirely on your own device using local app storage.

This information is not uploaded, synchronized, or sent to Nexappbyte or any third party by the App.

If you uninstall the App or clear its local app data, information stored locally by the App may be permanently deleted.

3. Maintenance Reminder Notifications

ItemCareLog provides maintenance reminder notifications based on the information and reminder settings you configure in the App.

These reminders are generated locally on your device. Nexappbyte does not receive your maintenance reminder information.

Notification delivery may depend on Android permissions, device settings, battery optimization, and other system conditions.

4. Permissions and External Websites

ItemCareLog may request notification permission on supported Android versions so that maintenance reminders can be displayed.

The App may also open external web pages, such as the Nexappbyte Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, using your device's web browser. When you open an external website, that website may have its own privacy policy and data practices.

ItemCareLog does not send your item or maintenance records to Nexappbyte when opening these web pages.

5. Children's Privacy

ItemCareLog does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the App does not collect personal information for its own use.

6. Third-Party Services

ItemCareLog may use standard Android platform components and libraries required for the functionality of the App.

The App does not integrate advertising networks or analytics platforms, and Nexappbyte does not intentionally share your item or maintenance records with third parties.

Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and practices.

7. Data Security

Since item and maintenance information created or entered in ItemCareLog remains locally on your device and is not transmitted to Nexappbyte, the security of your content depends on the security of your own device, including your device lock screen and operating system protections.

Nexappbyte cannot guarantee the security of information stored on a device that is lost, stolen, compromised, or accessed by an unauthorized person.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
